Returns & Refund Policy
At DEHYRA, we take pride in thoughtful design, dependable materials and everyday performance. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we’ve kept our return process clear and straightforward.
Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customized or personalized drinkware is not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Proof of purchase (order number and email) is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please contact our support team at dehyraofficial@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize an exchange or a full refund for these cases, including shipping costs.
Unboxing Video
For damaged, incorrect or missing-product claims, a clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the sealed parcel, visible shipping label and complete opening process. Please send your order details and supporting video to dehyraofficial@gmail.com. Claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. This requirement does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, send us an email at dehyraofficial@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process.
